There are two choices for the altar configuration, depending on the number of guests...

Altar Under the Pergola

Altar On the Beach

Chairs for 50 guests maximum.

The altar is setup under Al Cielo's beautiful pergola canopy. The officiant and wedding couple stand under the canopy. Guests sit on chairs, lined up on the beach, facing the sea. The pergola is decorated with natural white baby's breath flowers and delicate white fabrics.

Chairs for 100 guests maximum.

The altar is setup on the beach right in front of Al Cielo's restaurant palapa. The officiant and wedding couple stand by the altar. Guests sit on chairs, lined up on the beach, facing the sea. The altar is between two floral arrangements of white gladiolas.

Sample Wedding Day Program

1:45pm to 2:00pm	Pick-up transportation services for guests
2:30pm to 3:00pm	Guest Welcoming with live music and non-alcoholic welcome drinks
3:00pm to 3:30pm	Ceremony
3:30pm to 4:30pm	When the ceremony is over, the next activities are realized simultaneously: Beach cocktail and musicians of your choice Photographs taken by the photographer of your choice Open Bar begins
4:30pm to 4:45pm	Guests are invited into the main Palapa dinner area Fresh towels offered to your guests Guests will be offered your choice of individual Maracas OR Individual Tequila Azul ceramic bottles with their name tag as table seating indicator and also as thank you gift Guests make their way to their tables
4:45pm to 5:00pm	First speech: Father of the Bride, followed by speakers of your choice
5:00pm to 7:00pm	Dinner with music of your choice
7:00pm to 7:15pm	First Dance (of the newly married couple)
7:15pm to 11:15pm	Dance Floor is open with music of your choice Notes: If you have less than 50 guests, the dance floor will be set up inside our main Palapa (covered area) Otherwise, dance floor will be set up in the open air, on the beach over bamboo mats We can also set an optional Lounge area or a tent on the beach (ask for quotes)
9:00pm	Catering Optional: Setting of one table with the wedding cake or snacks
11:15pm to11:30pm	Help guests collect their belongings Transportation services for guests back to their lodgings
11:30pm	End of your wedding reception
